Welcome to Lucy Agg Nutritional Therapy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use this website and any services offered through it. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Services Offered

Lucy Agg Nutritional Therapy provides personalised nutritional therapy services, including consultations, assessments, programmes, and health guidance.

All services are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Services are provided by Lucy Agg, a qualified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the site or impairment of accessibility.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years old

  • You understand nutritional therapy does not replace medical care

  • You will provide accurate and complete health information

  • You will consult your GP or healthcare professional before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, particularly if taking medication or under medical supervision

Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the suitability or effectiveness of recommendations.

4. Payments

All services must be paid for in advance of the consultation or programme start date.

Where programmes or packages are offered, the total fee reflects the overall professional service, including assessment, analysis, protocol development, and practitioner expertise.

Payments made via instalments are a payment method only and do not correspond to individual sessions or stages of delivery.

5. Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)

If you book services online or at a distance, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

However, if you request that services begin within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that:

  • Once services have started, you lose the right to cancel for a full refund

  • You may still cancel, but payment will be retained for services already delivered

By booking and commencing services, you provide explicit consent for early delivery.

6. Cancellations & Programme Termination

Single Consultations

  • Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance may result in the full fee being charged

Programmes & Packages

Clients may cancel a programme at any time by providing written notice via email.

If a programme is cancelled after it has started:

  • The programme will end at the point of cancellation

  • Any future instalments will be cancelled and not collected

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except where required by law

This reflects the substantial professional work delivered in the early stages of a programme.

7. Refund Policy

Payments for consultations, programmes, and packages are non-refundable, except where required by UK law.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Initial assessments

  • Health history reviews and analysis

  • Personalised protocol development

  • Practitioner preparation and consultation time

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of engagement or adherence

  • Dissatisfaction with results where services have been delivered as agreed

8. Laboratory Tests & Third-Party Services

Laboratory tests and third-party services are charged separately and are non-refundable once ordered, as they are supplied independently of Lucy Agg Nutritional Therapy.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Nutritional therapy outcomes depend on multiple factors including adherence, bio-individuality, lifestyle, and underlying health conditions.

No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, documents, and downloads, is the intellectual property of Lucy Agg Nutritional Therapy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
