Pregnancy and Postpartum Nutritional Support
The Problem Most Women Face
Let’s be honest, motherhood can feel like a lot.
You want to be calm and patient. You want to soak up these moments and feel grateful. But sometimes you’re just tired. Too tired, too tightly wound, too anxious to be the mum you imagined you’d be.
Maybe you’re still pregnant and already worrying about how you’ll cope when the baby comes — if you’ll have enough milk, enough sleep, enough patience.
Or maybe your baby’s already here and you’re wondering when you’ll start to feel like you again. You love them more than anything, but your body feels drained, your hair’s falling out, your moods are all over the place, and the smallest things tip you over the edge.
I know those thoughts. The constant “what ifs.”
What if I lose my temper? What if I can’t handle the crying? What if my health tanks and I can’t look after my baby?
You’re not failing — you’re depleted. Your body has given everything, and it’s just asking for some support to build itself back up again.
Once you start giving your body what it truly needs — proper nourishment, rest, and care — things begin to shift. The fog lifts. You feel steadier, calmer, more like yourself again. And motherhood starts to feel lighter, softer, even joyful.
That’s exactly what this support is here to help you do — rebuild your strength, energy, and confidence from the inside out, so you can feel good in your body and present with your baby.
How this support helps
You don’t need another list of things to do — you need gentle guidance that actually fits into real life.
Together, we’ll take the guesswork out of how to feel well again. I’ll help you understand what your body truly needs right now — so you can stop running on empty and start feeling nourished, calm, and capable.
You’ll learn how to:
Steady your energy and moods through simple, nourishing meals.
Rebuild strength and vitality after birth.
Support milk supply and recovery with the right nutrients.
Calm your nervous system so you can respond with more patience and less overwhelm.
Feel confident in caring for yourself while caring for your baby.
This isn’t about perfection — it’s about getting back to you. Feeling grounded in your body again. Having the energy and resilience to enjoy the days that used to feel heavy.
What it’s like to work with me
This isn’t a strict plan or a list of rules — it’s a supportive, step-by-step process that meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re pregnant, preparing for birth, or finding your rhythm again postpartum.
We’ll work in layers, building a foundation of nourishment, energy, and calm that supports both your body and mind. These layers often overlap and evolve as you do.
The Layers of Support
Clarity
We’ll start by understanding your current health, daily habits, and emotional wellbeing so you can see what’s really driving your symptoms and what your body needs most.
Everyday Balance
We’ll optimise your meals and routines to help you feel energised, steady, and clear-headed, without overwhelm or restriction.
Deep Nourishment
You’ll learn how to bring in the key nutrients that help with energy, mood, and recovery — so you can feel stronger and more resilient day-to-day.
Real-Life Planning
We’ll make sure you have practical systems in place for food, rest, and support, so healthy choices feel easy and realistic within your current season of life.
Confidence & Continuity
You’ll finish with lasting tools, clarity, and confidence — knowing how to keep supporting your health as your needs continue to change.

Why I Do This Work
I’d heard all the horror stories.
The exhaustion. The tears. The feeling like you’d lost yourself completely.
Everyone said the same thing: “You think you’re tired now? Just you wait.”
And honestly? I was terrified.
Having struggled with chronic illness for most of my adult life, I already knew what it was like to feel out of control of my body — exhausted, foggy, and strung out. I didn’t want that version of me to shape the kind of mum I would be for my son. I didn’t want to “just get through” postpartum. I wanted to feel steady, present, and able to soak up those first precious months without living in a constant haze of overwhelm.
Before pregnancy, I had already put my autoimmune condition into remission, rebuilt my energy, and learned how to truly nourish my body in ways that supported healing and hormone balance. But pregnancy brought uncharted waters. Navigating those huge hormonal shifts was a steep learning curve — and one I leaned into fully. By the time my son was born, I was deep into studying Nutritional Therapy with the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA).
And it changed everything.
Instead of the bleak, fraught postpartum experience I had been warned about, I had the energy to get outside for walks, the mental calm to actually enjoy the stillness of being ‘nap-trapped,’ and the confidence to trust my body’s signals without second-guessing every decision.
I realised the reason so many women experience postpartum as a blur of exhaustion isn’t because that’s how it has to be — it’s because nobody is teaching them how to prepare for it.
That’s why I created the Nourished Mother Pathway — so you can step into postpartum feeling supported, nourished, and ready to be the mum you dream of being.
